Molly Bell, Founder & Managing Director

Molly Bell has been interior designing, staging and styling homes since 2012. Even when she was practising law in a past life, Molly was always interested in the aesthetic and creating functional but elegant spaces for herself and friends. She finally decided to pursue design and property management as a career after being asked to work on a number of projects and take over the management of private residential properties in London in 2015.

Molly, through Skookum Management, and with the help of her amazing team, now manages 37 properties in London, Somerset, Devon, Cape Town and Kenya.

Most recently, Molly has begun investing in earnest to launch the company’s furniture rental business. Through careful curation of key pieces and relationships with trade suppliers, estate agents and insurance adjusters, the company will provide a full service design and property management company for clients who wish to extract value from their homes.

Molly has a JD from Boston College Law School and an MBA from IESE, University of Navarra.

Freya Hollingbery, Design Assistant

Freya has supported a number of independent interior design practices as well as previously being Interior design assistant at Mimi Doctor. With a degree in History of art and experience at a leading auction house, a Gallery in San Francisco and a FSA registered Financial art company, Freya has an eye for sourcing and a base knowledge of the arts.

Freya is also currently a Student at The Interior Design School London.

Adriana CHAVEZ, Maintenance & Scheduling

Adriana is a native of Brazil who emigrated to London in 2002. She and her team provide maintenance and cleaning services to Skookum Management. In charge of inventory and scheduling, they provide an invaluable and flexible full service solution to Skookum and its clients.
