Founded in 2015, Skookum Management provides a full service design and management solution for clients who would like to extract more value from their home.

Whatever your needs, we will fashion a solution that works. This is how we do it:

Initial Consultation: we will come to your home to take some initial photos, make some notes and discuss your goals in terms of design and management. Whether you are wanting to rent (short-term or long-term), sell or simply redesign, we can tailor a makeover program that ranges from simple photo shoot styling to complete renovation - and everything in between.

The Brief and Budget: following a successful initial meeting, we will agree a design brief with the client and develop a site-specific plan and budget. Detals of the plan will be presented to the client before work commences.

Conceptualisation: in line with the brief, we will provide the client with mood boards and sample materials. In-depth conversations about the direction of the project will ensue and the budget will be updated to reflect design decisions.

The Build: we handle every aspect of the build, including engaging contractors and sub-contractors and, if necessary, submit applications for building regulations approvals. We manage the buying process to ensure seamless on-time delivery and installation of all fixtures and furnishings.

The Big Finish: prior to signing off on the project, we will inspect the property and arrange and manage the resolution of all defects.

The Rental: should you require, we will arrange and style photo shoots and create and manage listings on several leading short-term rentals websites. Please contact us should you wish to find out about our services and fees.
